Simple DIY chandelier to put up around an existing light fixture.
The wire wreath that I bought only came in green so I had to spray paint it white first.
Then I strung crystals from the inner circle and the outer circle.
I used longer strands on the inside and shorter outside to get a tiered effect.
I turned out a lot better then I thought it would given that I was winging it with the materials and had no idea what I was doing :)

that is really beautiful! I'm impressed!
Pass the end of the line through the hole of a pendant crystal and tie securely. Add a dab of glue to the knot to secure it. Thread the line through the crystal beads, allowing them to rest on top of the pendant. Fill the line to the desired length with the crystal beads. Hide the loose end of the line where it is tied around the pendant by passing it through the holes of the first few beads above the pendant.Crystal Chandeliers
i cant find acrylic crystal like the ones in this picture on save on crafts website.
Very Lovely. Are there any written instructions? How do you keep the rows of crystals from moving around on the wreath? Thank you!
Here is a link to the crystals I bought but they have several different kinds. You have to look under crystal decorations and then garlands.

It comes in one long strand and I had to take it apart to make the different sizes for the inner and outer rings on the wreath. I did longer on the inner circle and shorter on the outside to create a tiered effect. The wire rings holding the crystals together are easy to work with.
The circle shape of the wreath is sectioned off by the part that holds the inner and outer circles together so I made sure to put an even number of crystal strands in each section and once it was hanging I spread them all out by hand to make it look perfect and uniform. As long as there are no earthquakes it stays the way I left it :)
I hope this helps. Please let me know if you have more questions or you can email me and I can elaborate more.
How did you attach to your ceiling?
I used small hooks that screw into the ceiling.
How much garland did you have to buy ?
Thanks! I'm trying this now . great job . I saw it on Pinterest
