I have to remind myself sometimes that I live in a place that other people go to on vacations. It's easy to get wrapped up in the stresses of everyday life and wish you could take a trip somewhere sunny and beautiful but then I realize I'm already there.

You're so right! I definitely didn't always appreciate it when we lived in Southern California. So soak up a little of the beach and sun on my behalf too, please?
